Shore to Shore – Mobile App Card Controls Feature

Have you downloaded the Shore to Shore app yet? If not, now is the time! We are excited to tell you about a great new feature, Card Controls. Card Controls allows you even more access to your ATM and Debit Cards with just a few taps on your smartphone.

Card Controls allows you to:

1. Temporarily disable and re-enable your card. This can give you peace of mind when you misplace your card. Example, you are out shopping and the cashier forgets to give you your card back, but you aren’t sure which store you left it at. Open the app and disable the card.  Once you locate your card (if you do) simply re-enable it. If your card is truly lost or stolen, visit the Credit Union to order a new card.
    
2. Schedule travel notifications. You’re on vacation and set out for the day’s activities after you arrive to your tropical destination. After seeing the sights you decide to stop and have something to eat. Your bill comes and they discreetly return to tell you that your card has been declined. Embarrassing, right? As a security measure, unusual spending patterns and locations will create a flag on your card and it will be blocked until verified by the card holder. Scheduling a travel notification via Card Control will alert us that you are in fact out of town enjoying a fruity drink and will save you the inconvenience of having your card disabled due to suspicious activity!
    
3. Request a replacement card. Have you been putting serious miles on your card? So much so that the magnetic strip is not working? Or maybe you accidentally washed and dried your card while doing laundry and it cracked in half? The Card Controls feature allows you to request a new card with the tap of a button. This feature is not for reporting a card lost or stolen and will not block the card. If your card is lost or stolen, visit the Credit Union to order a new card.

To start using Card Control on your mobile device, click the Shore to Shore icon and launch the app. No app? Download it from your Play or App Store and start taking advantage of convenience at your fingertips.
