Member Alert: September Statement Audit!

In order to comply with audit requirements of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) for members' accounts of Shore to Shore Community Federal Credit Union, Credit Union auditors will be distributing statements of accounts to all Shore to Shore members for the period ending September 30, 2017.

What Does This Mean?

Members who receive e-statements will receive their e-statement notification email from our auditors using the email sdevries@financialstandardsgroup.com instead of via Shore to Shore’s email which is memberservice@shore2shorecu.com.

For members with paper statements, the return address on your statement envelope will be different this month, and will be from:

Wyoming, MI 49519

We hope this clears up any potential confusion or suspicions regarding the validity of your statement delivery for September monthly account statements.
